Integrating the upper and lower areas of this ocean view piece of property was achieved
by designing a pool with waterfalls, waterslide, terrace plantings and an elevated gazebo that accommodates an outdoor kitchen above and bath/changing rooms below. A pathway around
the backside of the waterfall and steps adjacent to the cabana provide access to the
upper level soccer field and outdoor kitchen. .
