Integrating the upper and lower areas of this ocean view piece of property was
achieved by designing a pool with waterfalls, water slide, terrace plantings and
an elevated gazebo that accommodates an outdoor kitchen above and
bath/changing rooms below. A pathway around the backside of
the waterfall and steps adjacent to the cabana provide access to the
upper level soccer field and outdoor kitchen. This view is from the stone
hot tub looking out across the pool, past the waterfall, out to sea where, on
a clear day, you can see the Channel Islands.
