Integrating the upper and lower areas of this ocean view piece of property was achieved by
designing a pool with waterfalls, waterslide, terrace plantings and an elevated gazebo that
accommodates an outdoor kitchen above and bath/changing rooms below. A pathway
around the backside of the waterfall and steps adjacent to the cabana provide access
to the upper level soccer field and outdoor kitchen. This view is from the stone
setps we cut into the hillside and under the non-fruit bearing olive tree.
