Fireplace, barbecue and other outdoor cooking facilities
were designed into a raised stone terrace overlooking the pool, spa
and lower gardens. The terrace is surrounded by raised plantings of roses,
lavender, rosemary, daylily and artemesia. Above the terrace, a
pathway meanders up the hill to a viewing area.
